Terrible experience. Can't be bothered to ship something in the expected time frame (2-3 days) when you pay extra for shipping. Customer service takes too long to get back. Hope I get my refund on shipping.

My Rave died about 6 months after purchase and the Customer Service team immediately sent me a new one after I had complained to them about it! I didn't have to send in the old one, I just told them about my situation and they helped me out, easy as that!

I bought a product from a sex store chain. I was disappointed with it - not sure if it was faulty or just not to my taste - and the customer service experience with the We Vibe team was INCREDIBLE. The were very prompt in their replies, and allowed me to order a new product from them directly to replace the one I did not like. It arrived quickly, and I did not have to mail in the other one. I am enjoying the new product as well. I am genuinely just writing this review because of how shocked I was by the customer service. I really didn't expect anything to come of my complaints - but they clearly care about their products and their users' experiences.

My wife and I ordered the we-vibe chorus. This was mostly my idea to spice things up a bit. The product is super sleek and cool looking. The material feels great on the skin. We always use a toy for her to finish during play time, and I wanted this so she could keep her hands free and climax a little more naturally. Unfortunately, my wife just could not get comfortable with having the toy inside of her, or any toy for that matter. I was super bummed out because it's a little pricey to never use again. But, here comes the we-vibe customer support to the rescue! I sent them a note about our experience with the product and they were awesome. Obviously, you can't return products like these because of their nature, but they sent us a new toy of our choice which was just awesome of them! I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Although the new product doesn't fulfil my original intentions, my wife will be very happy with it and I suppose that's what really matters.

I ordered on 7th feb and queried the delivery on 12th feb still no reply and my tracking shows that the item seems to be visiting every country in Europe except the UK, ten days later. What’s going on ??

Great customer service!
Remarkably I ordered a Pivot c-ring and it was.... too tight. I guess that is a problem some guys would like to have.
The customer service was prompt, polite, and professional and they are replacing the product with another one. Top rating!

Well not only there product is awesome but we had a problem with our charger after a year and they took care of it really fast send us a replacement with NO dang shipping and handling fees like every other manufacturers all this in a record time

Outstanding customer service. We have purchased a few products over the years with never any issues. Recently though our We Vibe touch stopped working a year into the two year warranty. I worked with customer care to troubleshoot to no avail. I applied for warranty replacement and was pleased to hear a replacement was on its way the next day! You have a customer for life. Thank you for your support.

Ordered a discovery kit and our tango vibe would not stay charged. Sent an email explaining the situation and it was quickly resolved, they sent a replacement right away. As for the product, the tango vibe is everything they say it is. Compact and quiet and works like a charm!!

I purchased we-vibe Jive from a local shop near me. Very unsatisfied for many reasons, just read the reviews before purchasing one. But extremely satisfied with the customer service from we-vibe. They have helped me throughout the entire process of sending me a new product The Moxie which I read the reviews for and I'm so excited to get ahold of once it ships. I've never been so satisfied in my entire life dealing with customer service from any company. I look forward to a my new product in the future from We-Vibe due to the service they have provided me !
